Through the contact form: your name, email address, company or project name, phone number, and the text of your message. Only name, email and message are required.
What the server logs
Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser and device type, page requested, and time of request. Used to operate and protect the site only.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and assess whether the engagement is a fit.
- To keep the context of the correspondence if it becomes an engagement.
- To protect the site from abuse and automated submissions.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with marketing parties.
Who has access
The EXISTA team handling your enquiry, and Hostinger as the provider operating the servers and mail. No other third party accesses the content of your messages.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no behavioural profile of visitors. WordPress and the caching layer may set functional cookies strictly needed to serve pages and to keep administrators signed in.
Retention
We keep enquiry messages for as long as they remain relevant to an existing or prospective engagement, then delete them. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention periods.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion by writing to the address on our contact page. We respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We never request or store payment or identity-document data through the site, and none should be sent through the contact form.
